I mean...its obviously not what we see for ourselves.
If that were true we would still think the sun moves around the earth. I mean isnt it obvious that the earth is large and motionless while the sun is small and mobile?

My own suspicion is that the universe is not only stranger than we suppose, but stranger than we CAN suppose.
I suspect that there are more things in this world and universe,
than dreamed of or that can be dreamed of, in any philosophy.
Are there things in the universe that will be forever beyond our grasp? un-graspable my ANY mind. however superior?

BOLES... that was my point. We cant judge reality based on what we see.
To us humans it LOOKS like the sun is revolving around the earth. While in REALITY the earth moves around the sun.

Ultimate reality is way beyond our scope of seeing, hearing and touching (physically) and feeling (emotionally). Our own realities are what we, alone, see, hear, touch and feel. There is so much more in our universe that we have not even begun to tap into.
Remember not all of Philosophy has been broached, the subject beind to broad within itself.

You have an open mind, that is good I think, Yes I to have often thought about things like that, It fasinates me, I always wondered how there could be no end and what makes it keep going? And why do people think that there are no such thing as other beings and that we are the only ones alive in a never ending universe. Wow I guess we just got really Lucky! I think there is plenty in the universe that we wont, cant and will never understand. As for the earth not moving, we have already proved that it does, so you're fooling yourself if you think it isn't true. As for the pot, I wouldn't quit, because it brings out thoughts like this, but next time you should probably just talk about it with your friends that you are smoking with. Sober people just aren't going to get it.

I try to keep things small so I just stay with the flow and go with whats in front of my face.........I have a time with just that.
Yes, I do go to youtube and wonder but I'm no wise woman with all of the answers just a human being trying to live on a planet that is still growing. Or I should say growing up .... we have a real mess on our hands here, like feeding the hungry,
or helping the homeless, the sick, or elderly.
And your add on you will learn ...........as we all do.

Reality for me is everything that can be shown to exist in mathematical terms. And since physics is merely an extension of mathematics, it is included by default. I consider mathematics to be the language of reality. I believe there is nothing beyond the grasp of mathematics, only the definitive system may be beyond our grasp, presently.

Sure, human are tiny, but when I was living my life, I would be too concerned of my own things, so that was not rational at all.
If something could be everywhere at the same time, knowing how each person would feel and react at the time, alternating destinies each moment, that would be more than every day life we could know of for now.

so, when you get high you become a deep thinker? just wondering. yeah, i'm not high and i'm tired. i'm a no thinker. lol. well, there will always be some unknown. i mean, every now again scientist find some new star or planet. some things will remain a mystery and others will appear with time.
