Get a PharmD.
Pass the NAPLEX and CJPE.
Fill out license applications.

You will need to do the following:

1) finish prereqs to pharmacy school

2) apply and get into pharmacy school

3) graduate pharmacy school and pass the NAPLEX with the CALIFORNIA LAW EXAM (MPJE) and there you have.

4) It may ound easy, but every year, many students fail to get in, I recommend that you get the ebook at http://www.pre-pharm.info
