tvlinks creator got busted why?

or is this true( not that i watched it) heard from a friend that told me.

He got busted because he was facilitating copyright infringement. A lot of people are like "but he did host anything, just linked to other websites! how can that be illegal?!?" It doesn't matter, it is still illegal. The ONLY purpose of tv-link was to make it easier for users to comit an illegal activity, and that is why it itself is illegal.
