ok, i started my period last year during christmas. i am 15 now, i was 14 then. before i started my period i would get clear stuff in my underwear. then i started my period. i don't get cramps like some girls do. it runs in my family that we don't get cramps until AFTER we have kids!! but when i'm not on my period i still get that clear stuff in my underwear. it's that time of the month again, finally, and i say that because i haven't had a period in 3 months. just to let everyone know, i am a virgin, i don't believe in sex before marriage!! but is it normal to not have your period for a month or so, and get the clear stuff when you're not?

Yes, it is normal to have the clear discharge at other times during your cycle (the time when not having your period). Also, because you have only been having your period for a year yes some irregularity such as skipping for a month or two can be normal because your body is trying to adjust to the changes going on inside of it.
I would also recommend checking with your doctor whenever you have your next check up to see what they say.

Well I started my period when I was 14 to. About the Clear discharge This is a normal situation its called mucus it helps to clean the walls of your vagina .It also acts as a lubricant during sexual intercourse( but you don't have to worry about that yet) .Before or after your period some people have an increase in this discharge depending on your family background and diet and you as an individual one gets either a high or low discharge. When I was in my young teen years I had a high discharge. Its oK just drink water so that it is diluted so it won't have a scent also wash your vagina thoroughly. You should wear a panty shield so that discharge is collected and disposed there rather than on your clothing.
About not having your period, that can be caused by increased stress, change in diet, or exercise habits.
I hope this helps.

That clear stuff is normal - called a discharge. Like you I go through the same like not having my menses for 3 months and then - kaboom!!! It'll run like a river and you have to change your pads/tampons every hour sometimes even less than that. I suggest you have a check with a gynaecologist who will be able to diagnose you. I was also tested for blood level and it was high not low - so when you have it make sure you drink a lot of fluids to maintain your blood level.

The clear stuff is discharge. Irregual periods are normal, when you fist start it takes up to 2 years for them to settle into a regular patern.

Clear discharge is normal, unless there's a whole lot of it, in which case I'd see a gynecologist. Erratic periods can happen normally also. It could be because of a diet change, exercise, medicine, or drug or alcohol use.

You are perfectly normal. The only time to worry is if it is not clear and is accompanied by odor, pain or itching. There are many things that can effect the regularity of your menstrual cycle. Stress, exercise those type things.

It is normal. You can wait for another two months, if you still don't get your period, you must see a doc.
