What a great outfit. I think all she has done is wrap that tape around her and tied it with a telephone cord. If you aren't willing to bear that much, maybe try wearing a boob tube bra.
On the bottom you could pretty much wear anything. A pair of jeans would be OK or a skirt. Maybe get a big orange road cone and wear it as a skirt!
