i am analysing my data from drugs treatment using animal model. any idea to estimate data from a standard curve, for example identifying LD50 value. I mean any software for this function (free software?))?

This link will bring you to a page explaining the calculations; about 2/3 down on the page there is written in colored letters (normal curve area) click on that and it will bring you to a statistical calculator. No down load is required.

Just plug in the variables... hit the arrow to show results of area under curve.
