The better lover is the one who puts more work into it.

It can be the man who desires sex more than most women (men think about sex at least 60% of the time once they reach puberty). Or it can be the woman who needs more foreplay to get sexually aroused.

The best survival plan for the male genes is to force him to have as much sex as possible, as quickly as possible, and with as many women as possible; which explains why men can get sexually aroused in a one minute commercial spot or just by a picture of a hot girl.

Women need relationships. The best survival pattern for her genes is to require the male make a commitment to the woman and so stay with her, the help her raise the child. Prolonged sexual activity is required to get the woman aroused and once aroused they stay aroused longer. They also have the ability to have multiple orgasms where a male can get 2-3 if he is young and very lucky.

Why play games; it is called a courtship ritual or a mating dance and any species that has the mind of at least a bird does it. Humans just have longer ones. In the animal world most female birds are dull colored to be able to hide easier, and so protect their young. The male peacock is the pretty one, most male birds are unusually colored or practice unusual rituals to attract their mates. Among more developed animals like mammals the race for a mate is a competition between the adults; often a form of combat that can be deadly, but rarely is. The successful male gathers a harem (pride, herd, and so on) until they are unseated by a younger stronger male. This insures the survival of the fittest and when the strongest adult gathers a harem he has the best chance to pass on his genes. If an adult lion is disposed then the new male will kill all the cubs as his first act so the females will go into heat. Luckily, we aren’t that violent.

In humans the mating dance is more complex because the female is more complex (sorry guys we are pretty simple minded predators/hunters who evolved into people who now go to work to hunt for their food). Females have a hard time raising children on their own or being pregnant by themselves; they do best if they have strong relationships they can depend on. Not only with their partner, but with family and friends, this gears the female human to be looking for the relationship and intelligence while the male would be satisfied with a basic rutting ritual.

Look at what serves as **** for each sex. Males have explicit pictures of women and it is a cliché that females involved in **** are not really feeling anything, they are acting and not in a relationship. However, a male cannot fake an orgasm so they are in to it. Females like romance novels and soap operas. Both have sex, but they feature complex relationships that end in sex and sex is an occasionally event. For the male sex is the primary reason for the relationship.

Now these are instincts and as reasoning humans we can arise above our basic instincts; but normally we default to them.

Now during sex games can be fun; role playing games can enhance the activity. A little fantasy exploration, some light bondage games, the use of food (avoid anything with sugar in it), and other things can make the act more interesting. Most of the time the woman is the one who needs this more complex interaction to get aroused, but it is a pleasure for the male as well.

The mating rituals are how we determine who would be the best potential mate. We meet, we talk, and we interact, then we might have sex, we might have more interactions, we might even get married first. But, the courtship ritual is how you get there and every society has a unique pattern to it. In the Philippians it is the custom to give a lot of small gifts to the family and the girl while she plays shy and coy. In the US the shy and coy woman went out of style back in the 1970s. Back in the 1960s or 1950s an American woman might have said “NO” and really meant “Yes,” but that hasn’t been true for a long time. American woman demand a more equal role in the relationship. They want to the ability to say no and mean it. They want the ability to start the relationship, in fact most females do with some subtle sign like the hair flip.

In many Asian cultures it is still popular to have arraigned marriages. A marriage is a combination of families and more of an economic deal; the couple will learn to love each other. Or they won’t and they will do the best to avoid each other. This was the pattern for the past when we needed a complex social structure to support a family. Today we don’t need such a complex organization; we have adoption, child services, and other ways to handle broken families. We also have health care, Medicare, and Social Security to handle the elderly. In China it is tradition for the male to care for their parents in their old age. So most parents want a male child and with the one child per couple law women are becoming rare. Soon Chinese males are going to have to go abroad to find potential mates because there won’t be enough females in China.

The better lover is the one who works at it. Men are expected to be able to perform better and to arouse the woman. They are also expected to work harder to do that. Women are getting tired of having to fake it or of the man who gets ‘business’ done in 10 minutes and rolls over to go to sleep. They demand more foreplay so they can have fun to.

Both sides play games, but men are the biggest players. In fact in the black culture a black male who has a lot of woman is admired by other males and is called “a player.” Men are the ones who want as many different women as possible (thanks to their genes, which also explains the stereotypical male fear of commitment). Women are less interested in games and want to be more serious in their relationships; this is the primary motive in there lives (which explains why they go to the bathroom in herds, travel in packs, and talk more than men do—they are working on their relationships all the time). The more dedicated person is probably the one who wants sex more. Women take especial care with their appearance to attract the right man, and increasingly more men are doing the same. Historically the woman spends more time and money on their hair, makeup and clothing then men. They aren’t doing this just for sex though they are doing this to attract the right man.

Sex is much more important to the male. In fact when a woman gets pregnant their brains rewire themselves to love their children more. When a woman cares for her baby she gets an endorphin high and often they get more of a high from that than from sex. So it is defiantly the male who needs sex the most.

Both. It only depends upon what kind of character a person has. We cannot generalize that male are good lovers than female or vice versa. It is within the heart of person, not with the gender.

I feel 90%of Female are good lovers and more passionate and dedicated.there are exceptional cases. Male you can count only 20% with above criteria as they bound to get attracted easily to a new face.

if what they feel against eachh other is true love then they are equal. nothing could make one better than the other. thats the truth. bot feel and give love and the amoutn dosent vary as both are experiencing true love but if one is not experiencing love as true, i mean for example if i love someone and feel he is my true love and think he feel i am his true love which he has in mind and if he dosent have that same feeling about me, i would be giving him more love than him giving me.. it vary according to what people think of each other.

it really depends on the individual. i have know people of both genders who are contrite, cold and passionless. and vice versa.

i have known people who are dedicated to nothing but themselves and their personal desires.

it's not about gender, it's about who a person is and what motivates them inside. what kind of life and quality of relationships they want in life.
