It could be a urinary tract infection from a lot of things i would make a doctor's appointment A.S.A.P and let me know how you made out.

drink plenty of cranberry juice...if you don't have any improvements in 24 hours...head to the doctor...Urinary tract infections only get worse without treatment. Sure way of knowing it's urinary tract is the feeling of needing to urinate constantly.

Could be related to an infection or something going on with one of the nerves to that area. The only way to know for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation to see what they think could be going on.

you should see a doctor, it might be a urinary system disorder... which is not a really serious thing, they are easy to cure, but you have to be very careful and follow the right treatment
