I would try to contact her parents, and if I couldn't I would let social services know she was with me, if they OK'd it I would probably send her to the local school and look after her until they found her family. But the first thing I would do was give her a nice hot bathe and find an old t'shirt of mine as a temp measure while her cloths went in the washer give her a nice cup of warm sweet milk, tea or chocolate and something to eat, and tuck her up in bed poor child. As well as being tired and dirty she had obviously been terrified of those bears. If they came near my house veggie or not well let us just say I would keep her and my own family safe (*especially if it was Tony-bear eh?)...........!

I would tell her there is no porridge here for her to eat and I don't even really know what the heck porridge is or how to make it and there is an extra bed in the spare bedroom she can go sleep in if she wants to and then she can leave and go home. I might make her a sandwich if she wants one since I can't make porridge. If she started hollering that the sandwich was too cold or the bed was too hard I would show her the door and tell her to go somewhere else then.
