Guild Wars Halloween Events??

How do you get the pumpkin hat and whatever other Halloween items if any in Guild Wars? Thank you!

The pumpkin hat was last years halloween gift. This year you can get scarecrow and mummy hats in Lion's Arch and Kamadan if you are in those towns when Mad King Thorn appears. There is a schedule for his appearances on the main Guild Wars site. He shows up every 3 hours.

Play along with his games and you'll receive trick or treat bags.
