if you bought 2k7, never go back to live. nba live is too arcade like, too easy, you could bust 100 points in one half. 2k is more realistic and challenging, you cant bust a lay up like you can in live. get 2k8

2k8 had a better rating but not sure, not really into sport games

the 2k Series have always been superior

2k8 also added in the Slam Dunk Competition
