It really depends on whom you were stalking. The law makes a HUGE distinction between private and public personalities.

But the paparazzi follow many people during the day. Besides, they have persimission because of this countries pathetic obession with celebrities. This makes the lives of these people no longer private. For some reason people think they have a right to stalk celebrities & call it a job. That whole freedom of the press thing....

maybe. Not if they're your own kids and want to monitor them 24/7. All is fine except for the harassing part.

I'd only monitor a daughter like that anyways. if I had a son, I'd encourage him to go out and get chicks.
