It's not your position you are working, it's the passport you are holding. There is list of nationality that can have visa upon arrival. Check out here

It depends on which you are travelling from. If you live in one of the GCC countries like Oman, Bahrain etc you will get a visa on arrival with the sales executive position. This is for all the nationalities.

It depends on your nationality, if you belong to one of the select countries you can get your visa on arrival otherwise you will have to take one before you arrive

Yeas, i donno how the system is right now but I have been to Qutar(Doha) and Dubai an year ago and both the places gave visa on arrival.
