When I was growing up in Salt Lake City in the 60s, it was around 90%. Now days, I'd say it is more like 50%.

I was in St. George recently and they released an article that said the area now has 125,000 people, consisting of Mormons and 33 "other" religious groups. :-)

I'm sure you can find some more accurate stats if you take the time to check the Utah.gov site and the chamber of commerce statistics.

Edit: LOL, yeah I love being part of the inaccuracy cult!

I believe its something like 75% in the state, but Salt Lake is about 30%....

propably 60-70%, visited st george a few years ago, very nice clean town, I was impressed.
