a. Current Events- Yes
b. Political Views- Yes
c. Controversial Topics- Yes

14. In your humanities classes do the students ever:
a. Disagree with the professors point of view- Yes
b. Argue with the professor- Yes, but respectfully.
c. Discuss class topic outside of the classroom- Yes, if a student has question about a topic, or an interest that they want to talk to the professor after class.

Open Ended Questions
15. Do you think academia is politically opinionated? I think it depends on the instructor.
16. If so, do they try to indoctrinate you with their ideology? Some do, yes. But most professors encourage students to form their opinions and express their own thoughts and ideas.
17. Do you believe it is correct? Why or why not? I'm not clear on your question. I don't think professors should push their views, but most instructors that I've had didn't do that.
