Are these pregnancy symptoms , PLS HELP?

Question

we are TTC for the first time. My last periods were delayed by 8 days. It came on 14th october. i found out that i am ovulating on 22nd oct as there was a clear white discharge. we had sex on 21st , 22nd , 24th and 26th. I am having all the symptoms like nausea , vomiting , abdomen pain , cramps which i generally dont get from past 5 days. coz its the fisrt time we are TTC thats y we are really impatient . We got the blood test yesterday i.e. 30th oct. i know it is very very early. The HCG level came to be 3.6 ml.
Do you think coz i am getting all the symptoms & a very strong feeling that i am prego , i can still be pregnant. Is 3.6 HCG a positive sign in a very early stage. Pls help as i am so desperate to know. Anyways i will be taking another test on 3rd November

I think that it is far too early to tell one way or the other yet. Even 8 days after possible conception would be way too early for major, serious pregnancy complaints like vomitting. Wait till the 11th november when you are due for your next period (providing they are normal 4 weekly) and then you will get an accurate answer with just a HPT instead of a blood test

AND RELAX!!!! Stressing out over it isn't going to help anybody and its just going to make you more anxious and prone to 'phantom' pregnancy symptoms which will trick your brain and make you MORE anxious!!

cant say. if you were due on the 22nd and you tried on the 21st, it seems a little close, but not impossible. I have learnt that a very strong feeling means nothing. for me, anyways.
Time will tell. keep taking those vitamins, and good luck!
