When a close friend died last year I could hear her voice inside my head when she would call me. She would say, " What are you doing?" I think I wanted to hear her because I was afraid I would forget what her voice sounded like. I still try to think of her saying anything so I won't forget.

nope. but it could very well be because there are way too many people talking at me outside my head for me to hear the insiders.

Not really, but I have a negative voice that makes me think badly of myself. I don't so much hear the voice as think of it.
