Well, I think that you can not have peace without love, if people don't love one another how can they live in peace? I love your question though. I have friends that have been through a lot because of racism, and I feel so much for them, if I could racism would be one thing that I would erase from the earth, I think that all the horrib;e things going on right now to people all around is because of racism, it is because of people being ignorant and not knowing to admire that no one is better than anyone else for their physical differences or anything else that may make others different, isn't that what makes the world beautiful? I mean if yu look at a forest, all leaves are different, different shapes, different colors of green, all the flowers have a different smell, shape, and even if all roses look the same they still are different, that is humanity to me, we are all different, that is why we are beautiful. I usually say, there is no color to people, it is our eyes that are deceiving and see color because as humans we naturaly have the need to differentiate one thing from another, and unfortunately, most eyes need color to differentiate!

good question. Maybe people like to argue / fight. Maybe it is an instinctual part of our nature that gets denied too often in todays lifestyle, and not given a fair outlet...... try video games, people. they are fun, and not real!!

No, segrgating ourselves is not 'natural' - it is either taught or learnt. I grew up very sheltered, thought all people were the same. But they arent, they are different, different races have different tendencies, are better at different things.

Doesnt make it bad though, if everyone were the same the world would be pretty boring..

you know how wonderful that would be if it could be true, but as long as individualls hold on to bigoted beliefs and continue to use there gods as an excuse for wars and hatred then it will never be sadly, not until Jesus comes again as king to rule over all the earth that will be amazing. praise God x but as a christian i dont like to judge anyone. there personality and behaviour is what i go by not anything else you get good and bad in all faiths and races its nothing to do with those things its the individual person x

I asked a similar question for the Seniors (the wise folks) and received some wise answers there. You have no idea how much you can receive from the elders if you just ask:
Maybe you should help me choose the best answer. All are good.

It’s a case of passing on the hate. Someone makes another feel like crap, so that person makes someone else feel like crap so they get their confidence back. The hate keeps getting passed down the line. It gets stronger and more damaging as it’s fuelled.

People need to learn to stop the hate by not passing it on. It takes a lot of stamina to swallow the hate thrown at you without throwing it at someone else.

Unfortunately, as human beings, we seem to always find excuses for why one 'group' is 'better than' another. Even if that day would come when there were only one skin color, we would find another reason - eye color, hair color, height...

Sad and pathetic.

People naturally segregate themselves, sadly due to color. Even in school, work and everything else. Sadly, once again this breeds ignorance. Above average ignorance to a certain racial group causes stereotypes. Above ignorance in parents, causes the children to follow suit. It keeps going and going through generations.
