Muhammad,
Teach something you know best. Don't try to memorize new information -you risk someone on the interview board knowing enough about the subject to ask you a question you don't have the answer to. Try to find something you love, so if you do have to look up some new information, you can remember it easily. It seems that in this situation, what the committee is really looking for is your ability to teach the material. How well do you present the information? Do you consider the audience who would hear your speech? Is your presentation sensible?
