I already asked this question but it didn't give me the answers I wanted. I would like the play's name, the # of act and what scene it is. Thank you. I have to teach this class tomorrow. I've decided I might want to do a "would you rather" type of game with my class in order to teach them scary Shakespeare moments in his plays. Scenes like the skull and Hamlet, witches from M play. Things like that.

Spooky scenes:

- all murder scenes: Othello. Perhaps the most evil of all Shakespeare's villains is Iago from `Othello
- scenes involving Richard III's Hunchback
- Queen Tamara from `Titus Andronicus' is quite vengeful
- Lady MacBeth is highly ambitious and murder doesn't slow her down much.

SPOOKY SHAKESPEARE:

- The playwrite, William Shakespeare, was born on april "23rd", 1564.

- A plaque at the Holy Trinity Church, Stratford-upon-Avon, records that he died on April "23rd", 1616.

- Shakespeare's plays were preformed in 1588, when Shakespeare was "23".

- The first book of Shakespeare's work was published in 1623.(don't forget that "23" in there!!

- Now add up 23+23=46

- The king James Bible was first published in 1611 when Shakespeare was "46".

- WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE is an anagram of "HERE WAS I LIKE A PSLAM".

- Check out a King James(Authorised Version)Bible, and turn to page Psalm "46". Write down "46"th word from the beginning. Write down the "46"th word from the end.

- Put them together and you should have the word "Shakespeare".

wasn't that weird???!!!try it!!!:) - blah

There's the opening scene in Macbeth with the witches. There are a few with them. "Double double toil and trouble..." Also in Macbeth: "Is this a dagger I see before me?" and "Can all of Neptune's water wash this blood from my hand?" The words may be a little off.

Hamlet, when the ghost appears in Act I, and then again in his mother's bedroom.
