Is it possible to feel all upset and nervous because of crazy hormone fluctuations?? I am so upset because I'm not as pretty as I use to be and feel that I look like I'm aging.....and I don't want to go out of the house. Age 46. thanks.

Yes, it's quite normal to feel nervous & crazy due to hormone fluctuations but not wanting to leave your house is another thing entirely.
I would make an apt. with your doc. & get checked-out, you might need to have a talk with a counselor.
Aging is a natural process for everyone & wanting to look like you did when you were in your 20's or 30's is not possible. Your beauty changes over time but that doesn't mean it's a bad thing. Embrace your beauty, it's still there... just not in the same.... :)

There will be mood changes. Get enough calcium. A woman going through menopause needs 1000 mg to 1500 mg of calcium a day. Avoid excessive amounts of salt to reduce bloating associated with hormonal changes. More information and remedies at http://useinfo4.blogspot.com/

Menopause usually causes these symptoms. One can't turn back aging - of course these days plastic surgery and the different nip and tuck can help. However the best is to discover who you are, think of the positive side of yourself and let that shine through. Plent of fruit and veg also help. you can also try http://menoaid.net/?victor444 Good luck
