Salam Alykum brothers and sisters,
Ok I been going to the Israel section and was a question about believing that Jesus is a Muslim I do believe this but I used to be christian so now Shaytan is playing with my head and confusing me on deciding if Jesus Pbuh is a Muslim or not someone please explain to me that Jesus is a Muslim please so I can make the shaytan leave me alone I know Jesus is Muslim don't get me wrong but please someone explain to me to remind me please and thank you salam alykum Jazakha'allah khair!
Please make dua'a for me that Allah keeps my Iman strong!!!

Someone had made a comment about Islam comming many years after Jesus this is where i'm getting confused about Jesus being not a Jew please help thanks salam alykum.

@hasafer so Jesus was sent as a Jew to guide Jews to Islam so Jesus posed as a Jew but really wasnt is that what ur saying?

Jesus was sent to Jews to take them back to the right religion which is the Islam [ Islam is to believe in Allah as the only God ] so he was one of the Jews sent to take their hands back to the real Judaism which is Islam , the people who followed him were Muslims , really believed in god but they were called Christians then the people started changing believes and some did make up things , until every thing went down in the year 300 after that Allah sent Mohamed [ this time not only for Jews or Christians but for the whole world ] to take the whole humanity back to the real religion , Abraham's religion the Islamic religion .
edit : yes and when jesus will come again he will pray with the muslims , but he will not be the emam cz he will be one of the muslims

I barely believe: Allah is only God
So He must only have One Diien
It is us, human, always misperceives the prophet's taught so He has to sends prophets again and again. Just to remind us: only pray to Allah
(those prophet before Muhammad, PBUH, was sent ONLY for a specific RACE -jews, nasrani, majusi. Then came Muhammad for the entire UNIVERSE)

asalam alaykom sis,the problem with people is understanding of islam,islam mean submission to allah ,so anyone submit to allah is a muslim,now you may ask ,jews now say that they submit to allah ,are they muslim? i tell you no ,bec they dont submit,they know that prophet mohammad is the last prophet yet they dont accept him ,allah told them to believe in prophet muhammad but they refused so they are not muslims ,prophet jesus peace be upon him was sent to jews preaching islam(submission to allah will) so he was a muslim

Jesus was Muslim and Moses also was Muslim. Any way the name may be changed by people like in Arabic. It really doesn't matter as long as what's matter is : He was created and human. Whatever he could made, was upon God's will and command. Jesus was a messenger from God same like moses and Muhamed. All of them called for the only one God and no other God. {All the rules should be coming from God} few humans didn't like that everything will be coming and taken from God's books and messengers, so they acted to torture and kill his messengers and changed the holy books sent by them. Except one book {Quran} was saved by God and God told us in Quran that he will keep saving this book, so those humans will never succeed to change the facts written in it for their human favor.

first what does islam means ??? what does it mean to say this person is muslim ? islam means submission to god. jesus PBUH knew who god was and you can find many versus in the quran that talks about Issa 3alayh salat wa saalat . i 'm sorry i couldn't provide you with proofs but i'm not a scholar :-s ask a sheikh
but sahar ya alby dont let shitan confuse you , yes jesus is a moslim and so are the other prophets before Mohamed ( PBUH)

OK Shahar as a former Christian you would know all that Muslim stuff is crap.
I would have to guess you knew little of Christianity and even less about Islam.
The genealogy of Jesus is detailed in Matthew. All the way back to Adam.
There was no Islam in Jesus's time and Moe didn't start rewriting the old testament until the 7th century.
How in the world could you let some chump tell you He was a descendant of Ishmael or Esau for that matter?
You should be used to falling on your face by now. Do it and beg God to forgive you for rejecting His Son, and for being weak enough to be mis lead.
When we stand before God on judgment day the only question He will have is " What have you done with my Son.
Not were you a confused Muslim or an undereducated Christian.

Jesus was a Muslims and all prophets and messengers that sent by Allah are Muslims,Mohamed was the emam of all prophets in al aqsa mosque from 1400 years ago.
Jesus had a pray like we do now, but for sorry the Christians try to hide and deny that

Sister, all prophets were msulims. Islam is not a religion related to a certain prophet, it is an act and a way of life. since all prophets were sent to deliver the same message, then they are all Muslims.

muslim is one who submits to the will of God, therefore Isa was a a muslim in the sense that he also submit to the will of Allah. In the same way, Abraham etc were also Muslims.(ie those that submit to the will of Allah)
