I was sitting down at my seat when I randomly glanced toward my teachers direction and he happened to smile & wink at me.

don't get any ideas little girl. he was just being friendly. a lot of male teachers have had their lives ruined by students misinterpreting their gestures

I wouldn't jump to conclusions. He may do this regularly with other students and without realizing that someone like you may take issue with it. He may just be indicating you are an exceptional student or enforcing that you are doing well in his class. Students do want the acknowledgment from their teachers, and this may just be his way of doing that.
I am objective so I will state on the other hand, it could be as you envision it. If this is the case, I would speak to him and either ask him or let him know that the "gestures" he is projecting to you is uncomfortable. I state this because if you start talking to people about this, it will start something that you may not wish to happen. In the case that you do, then tell anyone you must so you can resolve this.

Maybe he just wanted you to see that he is encouraging you. He liked your work, maybe.
I wouldn't report him for a wink during class. I would report him if he touches you funny, or wants to keep you there by yourself after class and says or does anything suggestive.

I had a teacher who winked at me in 7th grade!! He also gave me A's when I didn't deserve them and always gave me special help. He was arrested for molesting a student like 2yrs later!!

I don't think it's anything to worry about, he may have winked in response to you looking at him.
If he touches you inappropriately then worry. Warn him not to and if he touches you again, report him to the principal.

Get over it. He winked. He didn't sexually assault you. It was more of an impulse thing than anything else. He was just being nice.

It could've meant nothing. Now if he goes any further...then you can sue him. But really that doesn't mean anything. Study hard and pass the class.
