I've heard of white muscles, where the muscles are strong but lack stamina. I've heard of red muscles, where muscles have stamina but lack strength. I've heard of red (type b) muscles, where its in between but have moderate stamina and strength But, are there pink muscles, where it contains stamina of red muscles and strength of white muscles combines? If so, how do you train it to become that way? Any routine (even for red [type b[ muscles)?

This is just a theory I have heard on muscles. But red type A, red type B, and white muscles are true. Unless I have heard and read misleading facts on it which had no relation on both subjects. Im pretty sure these types of muscles are true. But my real question is the pink muscles. Are the real? If so, I'd like to know the routine to get them. I want really high stamina and high strength muscles. Tone is a way you can put it.

The last question was if pink muscles are real. What is the routine to get pink muscles, not Red type B?

The reason i'd like to know is to learn how to be fit in any aspect, training all muscles.

I believe you are referring to fast and slow fibers. These are very general terms that relate to muscle types
Slow fibers are specialized for sustained contractions- they are slow to react but have holding power. They have a high density of mitochondria and a good supply of blood and myoglobin. This is more often associated with the "dark" meat of, say a turkey.
Fast fibers are specialized for a quick response, and fatigue easier. They have less mitochondria and vascular tissue, and are therefore used anaerobically more often. Back to the turkey, this would be the "light" meat.
While these are the general qualities, they can be specialized in between, an example is fast fibers specialized for greater aerobic operation like the breast muscles in ducks.
Also the way you often use your muscles can help develop them to increase stamina or speed.
im am not sure about these "pink" muscles, i would assume the best you could do would be to improve your fast muscles (which are most of the muscles in the arms and legs i believe). but im not a physical therapist or anything. hope i was helpful

As a massage therapist, I've never heard of this. What exactly are you looking to do? Build muscle? Tone? Give me some detail as to what you are trying to do and I can help better that way
