no underwear is totally not overrated. what you wear under your clothes is just as important as what clothes you wear. PLEEEZ wear underwear!!!!! because what happens if your in public and your pants catch on fire and you have to take them off then your standing there freeballin

Depends on how cold it is.
Depends on how much you like to chafe.
Underwear is good stuff. Not always needed, but good to have. Some days its all I wear.
