Have you ever wanted to visit Bangkok? For flights to Tokyo, it may be less expensive to book a flight to Bangkok, with a stop-over on the return in Tokyo than to book round-trip from the US to Tokyo. I know that sounds crazy, but it's true.

Priceline may be good as a last resort, but their prices aren't always the least expensive and if you have any problems with the tickets (schedule changes, missed connections), the customer service department isn't the best.
