Or after there done with the presidency they can no longer run for anything else?

yes they can run for other positions but usually don't , it is looked down on as loosing power.

Yes they can but usually they dont but i think some people forget they can run for president again. Its just after they serve 2 consecutive years they have to leave office but 4 years later they can run again if they like.
