Kitchen knife, it's what I use to carve my pumpkins.
If you have a stainless steel smooth sharp knife, that will work wonderfully if your good with a kitchen knife.
If you have a knife with teeth, good luck, I've tried those and it's a bit complicating.
Between me and my daughters, we've carved Four pumpkins since yesterday.
Good luck. ^-^
Tomorrow, (Halloween) is my Birthday, yay for me.

After you're done twirling spaghetti with a wooden spoon, you can use that.
