Based on the abysmal performance of the Fighting Irish this season, I think Navy finally beat Notre Dame for the first time since Roger Staubach played for the Midshipmen.

Notre Dame is coming off a bye week, so they have had plenty of time to prepare for the option. I actually expect Notre Dame to play well this week. If Delaware can hang 59 on Navy and win, why can't Notre Dame do the same?

an in depth game -- Notre Dame's freshman QB could have a great help equipment yet will tutor jitters army wins this "Emerald classic" -- ND is left scratching its head with a one-landing loss

This matchup makes me wish it was about 1947, not 2007. Back then, these two teams were awesome. No joke--look it up.
I hope Navy wins, on account my Dad was in the Navy, and my stepdad is a retired Marine--GO MIDDIES!!!

I think fatass better find a way to win...Gerry Faust did...If they lose to Navy, I think this will be the beginning of the end for Weis...not this season, but next season...unless they suddenly get better and win a bowl game next season...
