every woman's body is different and reacts to pregnancy differently...some women get cramping on only one side or on both sides or in their entire lower abdomen and some don't get cramping at all

I never had any cramping at all... the last time I got cramps in the lower left of my abdomen, I needed to have my appendix removed. If you're having severe cramps on either side, see a doctor about it to make sure everything is OK.

I never got cramps in the lower right side....so I don't think that everyone gets them on a "certain" side or not. every pregnancy is different...you can get pains anywhere...its just growing and streching pains or implantation pains....if you are worried please give a call or go into your doctor about it.

I have no idea what you are talking about, seems to me to be an old wives tale. If you are getting cramps or pain anywhere and are pregnant you should consult a doctor or midwife.
