Your ideas are funny, but two out of three are likely to get you in a fair amount of trouble @ your school. From experience, Hitler is definitely frowned upon in the public school system.
How about Zombie Anna Nicole Smith or Robert Goulet (bonus points for Will Ferrell reference).
In the 8th grade I went as a disgruntled postal worker. This pre-dated Columbine. Times have changed, but try to have fun anyway.
