If ShowTime's post is to be believed, he is the one person on Earth to have ever liked any of Ultimate Warrior's promos.
Anyway, it has to be Ultimate Warrior. Batista, Steiner, Masters, and Goldberg are/were far better than him. They could all throw more and more complex moves than Warrior. They sold better than Warrior. Except for Batista, they didn't gas themselves during the entrance.

1. Goldberg, the most overrated and over hyped wrestler ever.
2. Big Pile of Dump Steiner after about 98.
3. Masters
4. Batista
5. Ultimate Warrior, and yes I can admit I was a huge mark for him!
My return is eminent!! The fire still burns!!

The Ultimate Warrior by far.
People bash Batista, but at least he was decent as a heel. Chris Masters makes a very close second.

Chirs Masters without a doubt, Ultimate Warrior at least was entertaining and could somewhat wrestle an average match, but Masters will never improve

I would have to say on this list either Goldberg or Warrior. You are missing two older names these wrestlers can not hold a candle to: Ted Arcidi (WWF 1985) and Bill Kazmaier (WCW 1991). These two guys could barely walk to the ring, much less wrestle. Check them out on youtube, absolutely horrible

Chris Masters.Hes the biggest baby ever. He lost three time in a row. All he had going for him was the fact was his arms were big enough to put people out and he had a cute butt. Otherwise he sucked

Chris Masters. He only has one finishing move "The Masterlock". Which is really the full nelson which was thought of a long time ago.

Out of your list (inc Goldberg) i would say Batista.
- He is friends with HHH
- Hasnt tried to better himself as a wrestler
- Terrible in the ring
- Cant sell and injury to save his life
- Bad on the mic
- His book is a disgrace to wrestling and its image
Batista is terrible allround
