There is nothing in the :u:S. Constitution that authorizes the government to educate the people. The Bill of the Rights says you can seek and get an education.

I believe, not only mere CONCERN but in-depth, primordial, primary, no just politicking but all out nation wide and greater weight in terms of budget, special fundings, and strict implementation and pre and post auditing to avoid in grain graft and corruption shall impair the dream and continuing ultimate goals of all literate citizenry tantamount to great and all progressive and competitive human resources......morality must have its full content in the educational system as a national policy...and respect of human rights, less useless policies on business monopoly but add on interest on R&D continuously in science and technology....less in sophisticated armaments but more of continuing modernization of infrastructures connecting all avenues from urban to inner most rural road networks basing on national long range planning for ultimate fastest and least travel time connecting all corners domestically and internationally.
This must be the object of educational national policies....towards wider benefits...not only for the can afford but even the poorest of the poor.....that will make education truly and intrinsically educating.....

The gov't should be concerned with ANYTHING that promotes the future success of this country and it's citizens.. Education is more of a key to that than any other issue..

Decode this lyrics " Bettermen"
Why not?
The creation of living human kind into mankind of intelligent design to be the Son of God.
Ever wonder where did children of survivors from after world war two mastered our creator's universal gifts of life back in the past after the Liberation of Freedom for the good of mankind with the creation of peace on earth goodwill to men
from after world war two?
Look in the real world how all "The young one" ended up with the missing link at loss with our creator's universal gifts of life vital for the survival and advancment of living human kind.
Luke 11.46-52
The blunders and slip-ups with human errors in kicking the butts of God and not giving those gifts to their own little ones, own children, own generation and living human kind living in misery in own backyards.
Luke 6.39-40,41-45,46-49
What do you think?
