OK the boyfriend and I have decided on names for our first. Its due in April of '08, I haven't found out boy or girl yet. But we have decided on names for each. Riley Regan (Regan was my sisters middle name and I want to use it) for a girl and Riley Robert for a boy (Robert is his dads name). Last name starts with a G and its short only 2 syllables. We have made up our minds, but I love to hear the opinions of other people just to hear weather or not they have heard those combinations a lot before or not. Please be kind, and remember we have made up our minds, I'm just very interested in input. Thanks!!

I haven't heard those combinations before, I think they are cute! You wouldn't normally go with two "R" names, but they sound good and it's great that they have meaning behind them. I also think Riley is a cute name for a boy or a girl, and a name that sounds good at any age (unlike some names that can be kind of babyish or old sounding, Riley fits any age).

Don't like Regan. Change it to Riley Taylor and you can't have the same first name for both of them. That's stupid. Riley Taylor and Wesley Robert.

i do not care for Regan as a name,it reminds me of the movie "the exorcist" the kids name was Regan. Riley to me is not really a girls name but i have heard worse,my daughterinlaw wants to name a future daughter -- Riley Faith.not my favorite but i have heard worse!i like Riley Robert,my oldest son is Robert.your child your choice,good luck.

I think they are lovely names! but I thought really early on that I knew without a doubt what I would name my kids and I changed my mind ! Most people do so don't set it in concrete until the ink is dry on the birth certificate. Besides your pregnant and its a women's perogative to change her mind about everything!!

I would spell the girl's name different. Rhylea Regan....has more feminine appeal to it. The boy's name is fine...love it.
