...should be silenced. If you're a Republican, do you agree with this? And if so, to what extent?

- it's an observation. Yes, I know... you've never made one. No... I didn't do a survey. Get a grip.

Where did you hear this? moveon.org? come on, you know better. Im republican, you are way off the mark. I support free speech except US flag burning(because it symbolizes the destruction of America and its values). I listen to the hard left-wing view of Democratism everyday (ok I exxagerated this but only because you exaggerated the right-wing). I love freedom, I love our country. now, if you want to burn our flag and yell "Down with America", thats fine, if you want to leave immediately.

How many times have I seen libs screaming and yelling at conservative speakers trying to silence them and not once have I ever seen the opposite.
I'm not kidding and I'm not speaking about YA post at all. I'm talking about when a conservative speaks at a university or elsewhere. But since you brought up YA posts you must be blind if you don't think it goes the other way. This is the problem with libs, they think that if you disagree with them you should be shut down but of course they should be excused for disagreement with you as lamplight has made so perfectly obvious.

I believe in free speech especially as it relates to discussion beneficial to society, and that is influencing upon the impressionable minds of our youth.

One way to do this, is by adopting the standards of the bible and Jesus Christ, which is good sound basis for helping others.

Now, if you've noticed as of late, there have been more and more attempts of the Democrats and Atheists to silence Christian Conservatives. From the schools to the military. Which begs the question--do Democrats believe in free speech, and the traditional customs of Christianity in our country's culture? The answer is most definitely--NO!

In reality, Democrats are the ones who are putting the bad influence upon our young people, and are the ones who want to silence US Conservative Christians--and people are not going to put up with it any longer!!!

I'm not a Republican but I am a staunch Conservative. I believe anyone can express any view they want. They don't have to agree with me. However, when I or anyone else expresses our view we have to be ready to be criticized for that view. That criticism is free speech, too. Criticizing someones view is not silencing that person.

I haven't heard this and you fail to show any proof to your statement. Either show evidence or stop making things up. If this is the case, no it's wrong to silence someone no matter how stupid they sound. No one has to listen to them though.
