Being that all politicians are alike... I would say senate because Bush is just one guy and its believable that one guy is undesirable but the senate is doing bad and theres a heck of alot more of them which makes it kind of like filling a room with a whole bunch of Bush clones.

The obstructionist president, who had no veto when the Republican congress exceeded his budget cap - with bridges to nowhere...
but draws a veto line through health care assistance for children of hardworking American parents who have a harder and harder time finding good family health policies.
