The electors for 2008 have not yet been elected. They will be elected next November. In all likelihood, the political parties have not yet nominated their candidates for electors.
For 2004, the persons nominated by the Mississippi Republican Party and elected by the voters of Mississipi were James Creekmore, Victor Mavar, W.D. Mounger, Wayne Parker, John Phillips, and Kelly Segars.

Whoever the party elects to vote in the Electoral College. It is like that in all fifty states. Generally speaking it will be party bigwigs.
