I really like your hair cut so dont change the cut. I think you should put some blonde or light brown streaks through your hair. You look alot like one of my friends and she looked great with blonde streaks.
Maybe wear some pink lipgloss or something to enhance your lips that would look nice.

Try olive eyeshadow in your creases and a gold to highlight. Also, a berry lipgloss and lengthening mascara. You are beautiful, but these tips will spruce you up for fall!

some nice reddish lipstick to bring out those cute lips and a nice bright eyeshadow whose color matches the clothes you are wearing at the time. Leave your har down i'd say.... yes a guy gave you tips and no i'm not gay if they turn out to suit you well
