First, the patriots are not the best defense in the league, and they're not even close. The colts will put at least 30 on them. The redskins defense is about the same in quality to the pats, but they are playing the jets. That is a much better match-up.

I would definitely go with Redskins on this one.
I have the Patriots Def as well on one of my teams. With the exception of last week, the Pats Def points have not been all that good.
The primary stats for a Def's points in Yahoo FF is:
Points allowed
Interceptions/Forced Fumbles
Sacks
(TD's scored is too unpredictable to rely on)
The Colts are a well-oiled machine that will score lots of points, and rarely turn over the ball. The Jets offense... well... is rusty broken machine that seems to enjoy coughing up the ball.

Do the redskins. The pats will have a high scoring afair with the colts, thats bad for fantasy. Redskins should be able to hold off the jets, at least a little better than the pats will hold up the colts

It really is a toss up, either the PatColt game will be high scoring or low. The Skins just got picked apart. It seemed like the Pats knew what the defence's play was.....hmmm..... it really doesnt matter, they could both suck or they could both be huge.
Pat's-Good D, but Manning doesnt mess up much.
Skins-Either they are on or not, also Jets are more likely to turn the ball over.

Maybe. That D may be asking for redemption. The Pats have their hands full. I expect both teams to cause turnovers, but the Redskins will allow fewer yards.

Well if the Jets score 52 on the Redskin "D", then Mangini stole Bellichicks camera.

Pats.... even though the Colts will score on them, you don't get points taken off unless they score an enormous amount of points, which will not happen. Plus you will get points for the INT's they will have and possible FR.
Redskins D is horrible and jets have been picking it up lately. I think Coles might be out, but Leon Washington has picked up his running game, and his KR's have been above average.
I would def. start the Pats.

Tough call. I think both teams will have 2 interceptions so just stick with the Pats.
I have never been in a fantasy league where points allowed matters.
