WRITERS BLOCK. please help me!?

ok.... latley ive been having the WORST writers block i have ever had. i love writing and i usualy have at least 2 ideas to work with... but this time i have nothing to work with. ive been at this writers block for 2 weeks. i swear. i cant get over it. and ive brain stormed. ive let it alone for 1 week. and i just got back to it.... and i cant seem to find anything i want to wrote about. any ideas? please help me....!!!

Have you tried rereading your old writing. Sometimes that gives me new ideas. Especially if it is in journal form but, really, any form will do. It gives you a new perspective on what you have already done and that can reawaken your Muse.

Writers go through phases of block, and there's no limit to the amount of time it can take to get back into writing mode. Accept this as a natural part of a writer's creative cycle. It's like a field on a farm - it needs to rest between periods of productivity, since repeated growth of the same crops will lead to poorer and poorer yields.

Try to sleep well, eat healthily, get some exercise, and take an interest in everything that's going on around you, and, hopefully, before too long, you'll feel re-invigorated and inspired again.

Don't force it, and try not to stress about it - that won't help.
