I think they will lose one or two games towards the end. I dont think they will start their top players or play them at all once they clinch their division. this puts it in the hands of their backups so I am sure there will be a loss

No. its only halfway through the season so there are many things that could happen:
1. Injury to key player.
2. Defeat by Colts or Steelers.
3. Unexpected defeat by weak team.
4. Cold weather and bad conditions slow their offense down.
5. Turns out they peaked early and can't maintain the intensity.
6. They rest their starters in week 17 against the Giants.
7. They are caught cheating again and Belicheat gets suspended.

You know, they really look like they could make it, but going undefeated is a very rare thing to do, especially in the NFL. Would I like to see it happen? Of course I would, not because I'm a Pats fan, just because of what it takes to do it. Kind of like a no hitter in baseball, that's what it would be like for an NFL team to go undefeated. I guess you could look at the reverse and think of an NFL team going 0 for the year...probably just as hard I would think. So the simple answer is "no", but I'll keep hoping to see it!

they do hold the record with the longest consecutive winning-streak. If they beat the Colts, I don't see why not. Plus, that team wants to be in the history books, why else would they crush teams even in the fourth quarter. So, don't expect them to slow down just because the end of the season won't matter.

Yes, I think Bellicheat will keep the players in even in the later weeks, think about it would you be better remembered as the coach who won the 41st (42nd, 43rd, which one are we on, I forgot.) superbowl or the coach who went 16-0? How many coaches have won a superbowl, and how many have gone 16-0? He has 3 superbowls already, I think he will go for the 16-0 season.

NO...but the Colts will.
The pats can only beat teams who can beat themselves.
The 0-6 Dolphins scored 28 points against them. WOW, what a super team.
I realistically look for the 7-0 Colts to score 50+ against them.

Not a chance, if you're referring to the 2007 New England Patriots that is. The simple reason is that as soon as they clinch home-field for the play-offs, expect Bill Belichick to put back-ups in and to lose a game or two.

NO!!! Who knows what will happen on sunday for starters. However as it gets closer to the end of the season when they have cinched the play offs, I think that the coach will put let others players play. It won't matter if they lose the game by that time. He will want his men rested for the play offs.

they will win the Superbowl and beat the colts this weekend.
as for the record they might lose one or two game at the end of the season after they secure home field advantage throughout the AFC and to rest some players for the playoffs.

Yeah and I think the Dolphins will be the first winless team since the 76 Bucs.
