I recently found out from my employer that all the sales staff on our team are to be terminated in 2 weeks, than offered new positions under a different award structure that eliminates a salary and is commission only ! So a month before Xmass I will have no income, as Real Estate is traditionally very slow over late December - mid January I don't see a rosy Xmass. After working long hours and generating a hundred qualified leads of people who will be selling in the near-mid term, with hundreds of thousands of $ in fees, eg average sale house is $2M and apartment sale about $550K AT 2% each sale I feel like telling this die hard Liberal spoilt Rich prck where to go along with the Liberal Party and take my contact list elsewhere and work to point him out of business ! Yeh, this has really happened, it amazes me that people are fearfull of the repercussions, or of walking to their car late at night, amazes me with the gall and disgust the priveledged treat others. Would a boss like that "feel safe" in a mining town ???

Well, I won't be voting for HOWARD...thought you may also like to know other things he is neglecting in the work-place:
(1) I believe he said words to the effect of "No Australian voice will go unheard"..
(2) Well, in reference to point 1 pertaining to what he said can only be summed up as a obviously a campaigning LIE. Otherwise he would have acted on the fax that he recieved in 2006 that detailed what really goes on behind closed bars (i.e CORRUPTION in Victorian Jails and fraudulent behaviour of a well know insurance company).
IF JOHN HOWARD TURNS A BLIND EYE TO SERIOUS ISSUES LIKE THIS HE DOESN'T DESEVE TO P.M. That makes him not only a liar but inept and a coward. By his inaction it makes him just as guilty as the perpetrators he failed to investigate :) Good on ya Mr Howard. Keep workers suffering bullying, harassments, job-blackballing etc You'll find more about this when I upload it on youtube soon. It's a free country and i have my right to freedom of speech! Give me any politician that isn't too scared to delve into this countries ugly truths rather than bury their heads in the sand. John Howard should be ashamed!
OH JUST FOR PUBLIC INTEREST, A COPY OF THE FAX TO THE P.M WILL MAKE IT ON YOUTUBE SOON. ALSO, THE PUBLIC MAY WISH TO KNOW THAT TAPES WERE SECRETLY SNEAKED IN THESE ORGANISATIONS TO CATCH THEM OUT. So the D.O.J and that insurer that uses bogus reporting methods should be pretty woried.
As for Rudd, do you think he had the balls to address corruption and fraud like this? I'm sure if he gets the top job, he will be getting the fax. Show me a P.M that doesn't lie and I'll vote for him/her. So, Rudd's not there yet and he'll have to prove himself. He can't do any worse than HOWARD who apparently is blind as a bat when it comes to corruption & fraud. This is a free country so here is my contribution to freedom of speech. Mr Howard, do the Australian people a favour and retire (you don't deserve the platinimun card either) and go and take up a hobby. Who knows, perhaps you may become good at something.

i was never a Howard supporter, but these IR laws have made me hate the Howard government.this has been happening all over the country the only ones that are better off are business owners or highly skilled workers.
i was underpaid by my boss, i was given a hourly casual rate which is slightly less then the full time rate but with no befits, i may still get a fair wage because im suing my boss because my parents did not sign the contract.

Well i said this somewhere else, if the Howard government gets back in then work choices will go further, not my words but from the mouth of Peter Costello at a business meeting, you will be worse off, you will work for less pay and you wont have a leg to stand on, Work choices, or should it be, Work,take it or leave it. don't vote the Howard government back in, you have been warned.
