Ummmmmmmmmmmm yeah tobacco causes cancer. It doesn't matter what they flavor it with it is still TOBACCO.

Of course just being alive is all it takes to contract cancer.
Saying tobacco causes cancer is false. Saying cigarettes WILL give you cancer is also false. They can seriously promote it though. Many people smoke all their lives and never have a problem, they are the minority. Cigarettes have additives making them much worse than tobacco alone. Either way, know the risks, think twice about it. It is certainly not healthy. Cigarettes can be terminally hazardous.

Yep there is still tar and nicotine in the cigarettes that can cause you to have asthma and and can contribute to lung cancer just because they added flavor the same danger is still present.
