Do you think Kobe Bryant should be traded to the Chicago Bulls??? I think not. I don't care how good he is. His reputation for himself, and the Bulls team is something to worry about.

You are wise my friend.. I think that the Bulls would be idiotic to take this dumb@ss on their already championship contending team only to let him clog up cap space, complain when they start to lose, and all this for ticket sales! How would the lineup look for the Bulls after a Kobe trade that is sensible to the Lakers

C: Nobody
PF: Nobody
SF: Nobody
SG: Kobe Bryant
PG: Nobody

That doesn't look right!

lets do some math (Awww man! Dang I thought school was over!)

Chicago+Kobe= Lakers+Loul Deng+Kirk Hinrich+Tyrus Thomas+Noah-Kobe (AKA The amazing whining 30 year old man!)

Simplify it:

Chicago+Kobe= Destruction of one of the proudest franchises ever.

Lakers+Chicago's starting lineup and 1st round draft picks for the next 5 years= Happy days!

Alrighty.. Lakers+Happy Days= Winning championships

Chicago+ Amazing whining 30 year old man!= Kobe turning into some sick twisted monster that would switch his number to 23 and pretend to be MJ and never pass (as usual)

And that would total... 50,000 shots in a season from one player on Chicago and the Lakers going on to win 5 championships from the great team that Chicago so kindly gave them.

Well, when Phill wanted to give Kobe away, Kobe said that he will not go there if he has no championship team ( and with Gordon, Deng, Thomas going to Lakers he has no one ). Paxon could not get any better deal, giving up Kobe is not a small thing, he is probably the best player of the world today, and giving him up is something that should be considered very carefully. Kobe said that he wanted to be traded, than three hours after he called it back and said that he wants to stay with the Lakers. We could see some frustrations from his earlier play with Lakers. They were a team and put all the pressure on Kobe. It's not easy to hold whole team. Now he got Pau, and soon will have Bynum whos play is much stronger this season. Have you noticed that the Bulls played only two games against LaLakers, and in those games, Kobe averaged 18ppg ( with a groin injury in the second game ) which is very bad. I like the way the teams are now, and I wouldn't change it, I just hope that the Bulls get some help next year.

It would be a really bad trade for the Bulls. Yes Bryant would probably tear up most of the East, but he always has problems against the Pistons and that doesn't help Chicago. Further, the Bulls depth would be totally gone. They have to trade away 4 good young players for a guy that is 29. He is one of the best, if not the best player in the league but he does cause trouble within the organization. The Bulls would do much better for themselves if they just develop the talent that they have right now. Then they will be good for the next 7 years instead of the next 3 years with just Bryant and an aging Ben Wallace.

I'll give Kobe some credit here. He did say that he didn't want to go to Chicago if they had to gut the entire team just to get him.

Trading 4 young studs for a player who'll probably play another 5 years is not a good return...I dont care who it is.

We have the lineup to be championship contenders for the next 5-10 years if we keep this young team together. John Paxson has been a awesome executive for us. But I think he'll drop the ball by making this deal involving these players.

GO BULLS!!!

Huge laker fan here, I think Kobe should not go to Chicago. They don't deserve that kind of trouble. Kobe is an incredible athlete but he is team in himself. I think he needs a serious attitude adjustment. If/when he ends up leaving the Lakers will be a great day for Laker team. It will give them a chance to become something they haven't been in a long time, a team.

ha yeah bulls fan here too. yes i agree kobe bryant CAN play, not like LeBron or Wade, but he's better than many other players in NBA. But , he DOES have that reputation that gives him this title. I don't think he should be traded. I don't think we need another Shaqueline O'Neil deal.
And I'm sorry if I misspelled any names. I'm not too good at that.
