Binomial factors?

I'm not sure how to do this problem:

Determine the binomial factors of x^3+4x^2-x-4

please show steps on how to solve it...

Rico, this is the third question in a pre-calc course that requires skill you should have learned in Algebra I. What were you doing?
Hint" if you look real hard and let x=1, you have a solution. So one binomial factor is x-1. Now divide the cubic by x-1 to find the remaining quadradic to find the remaining two factors.
