The Broncos have two of the best cover corners in the NFL. However, they have been playing poorly this year. Now, I know some of you are going to say the Broncos are beat up this year.

But does anyone think it could be because they are trying to hard to win game w/ defense? Jay Cut-soon is stinking it up. Are the DBs trying too hard?

I'm not bashing Cut-Soon. I'm asking about the DB play.

Cut-Soon QB rating has improved. Lucky for him fumbles are included in the calculation.

I agree. Bly pulled up early.

holding the packers offense to only 13 points in 4 quarters is very impressive. what more do you expect out of your defense? shutouts every week? come on.... broncos offense needs to step up and score. obviously they played a tough underrated Packers D. so that didn't help.

Cutler has had a total of 14 starts. Denver offense is moving the ball, they are 6th in the NFL in total yards, but have had a hard time scoring TDs due to the lack of their injured playmakers. Cutler is playing with a very depleted talent pool due to injuries. Cutler is doing OK, not great but he is improving. I really thought their D would be their strength this year but they have not played well at all. Their D has been the biggest disappointment.

Denver is a very succesfull franchise and even they take some time once in awhile. I dont think cut-soon sux that bad yet hes still too green. elway is not coming back. shanahan maybe is confusing himself with his nefarious plots and schemes...but losing Javon Walker hurt em..they had enough bad things in the offseason. theyll turn it around with cutler just maybe not till next year

Cutler is a 2nd year player and isn't playing that bad. It could be much worse. Cut him some slack.
