i was at a friends house the other day,and he asked if you were to say you were going to assacinate the president over the phone.would you get caught or go to jail???

If it were oncover about a real assassination attept then ya your going to jail, but for saying over the phone you want to kill the president, your going to be asked why, then smacked on the hand for saying that then your free to go. And about getting caught, only really if you were under suspicion of the CIA for something, in whitch case your going to have a hard time talking yourself out of it.

strong possibility, since NSA monitors all communications inside the USA. There are new laws that have been signed and have taken affect, and you should read about them before you go running your mouth over the telephone or internet, but if your law abiding then you shouldn't have any problems with having your phones and computers monitored, should you?
