I know that there are two ways to determine your band size: above the breasts right under the arms or right under the breasts and adding 4 inches (5 inches if odd). Which one do you prefer to use? That is, which one seems to be a truer fit for you?

If my above-bust circumference is 32 but under-bust circumference is 29, do you think I should be wearing a 32 or a 34 band size?

Either could be fine. Like you, I measure 29 inches right under my bust and 32 inches right above the bust and find a 32 fits best.

To get the best fitting bra you need to measure under your breasts for the size in inches. Then measure across the fullest part of your bust. Each inch more than the under bust measurement represents a cup size - 1 inch A, 2 inches B, 3 inches C, etc.

it is actually not a preference in where you measure. you measure both under the bust and over. you would be a 34A based on the under bust # at 29, plus 5 (since 29 + 4 + odd number).

though if you aren't sure, I would suggest going to a department store like nordstrom's and have a professional fit you. most women wear the incorrect size these days.

have faith it or no longer sizes are diverse with each sort. If there is one save you save at in specific, it fairly is rather helpful to get measured by using an affiliate there. Victoria's secret's on line measuring handbook is sturdy for his or her sort, yet different manufacturers can run small/great.

I measure under my breast and only add a couple of inches. Adding any more I find is too large.
