ok im 13 and kinda like, well not emo but punk... yea i guess you could say that, but i was wondering what would look better, eye brow piercing or lip piercing and if so wich one or where???

I think that 13 is too young to get a lip or brow piercing. But it is your choice. I would suggest a cartlidge ring. They look really good.

eyebrow because i think lip is gross
be careful for infections and if you keep getting one don't get it pierced again
