Is it:

A) No big deal at all

B) Something to be rather concerned about

or

C) Maybe I should just review what I've eaten today since I'm nursing, and perhaps something bothered her.

Thanks

Hmm I had a daughter who spit up all the time, and sometimes it came out of her nose. It's scary to see and it's uncomfortable to the baby I'm sure.I don't think it's anything to be concerned about. BUT if it continues to happen and she/he is not holding food down, and not wetting diapers as usual, or extra fussy then call the baby's doc.
Try to make sure baby burps well after each feeding. sometimes it takes a few minutes for that air bubble to come up.
My daughter spit up all the time but she thrived well anyway and always got enough to eat. I bet it's no big deal.
I learned with my 2ND baby though, if you have a concern no matter how little, don't be afraid to call up the doctor. Don't worry about being a over concerned mom. It's you job. :)

A) no big deal. It happens. Have you ever eaten anything or seen anyone eat anything that comes out there nose. Sometimes when people throw up it comes out their nose a little. If it keeps happening I would then consider taking her to the doctor.

No big deal. Spit up can come up with quite a force sometimes...just like when someone takes a drink and someone makes them laugh mid-swallow, and the drink comes out their nose. :)

A) No big deal

My little girl often vomits through her nose, she gets upset but that is probably because it hurts.

a) no big deal at all.

Sometimes when we spit up or throw up it also comes out of our nose. my little one has done it before so don't be concerned about it. Congrats on new baby,

A) No big deal at all. Have you not ever had puke come out your nose? Same thing.

It happens. Same reason why drinks sometimes come out of people's noses when they laugh. I wouldn't worry about it.

(C) and it's not bad for it to come out of her nose. haven't you ever had vomit come out of your nose when you threw up? sorry, not trying to be gross.
